Cancellation conditions
The guest accommodation contract (rental contract booking) is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered or confirmed, or if a commitment was no longer possible due to time constraints, made available.
A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to two days before arrival. Costs only arise if we are unable to re-let the room/apartment/suite.
